Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return or exchange
- Email hello@sportsorganics.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a label.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached, ideally in the original bag.
For hygiene reasons, underwear can't be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free and depend on stock. If your size or colour isn't available, we'll offer a refund instead.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method. For refunds, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.
Faulty or damaged items
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Caring for your pieces
Wash merino and organic cotton cool and gentle, then air dry.
